About Brittney Pirolla

PROPERTY MANAGER / LUXURY FURNISHED RENTALS Brittney joined Lois Lane Properties in January 2016 as an office administrator and marketing assistant before transitioning to the Property Manager of luxury furnished rentals. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Brittney moved to Charleston to attend the College of Charleston where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Historic Preservation and Art History with a minor in Commercial Real Estate from the Carter Real Estate Center at the college’s School of Business. While in college, Brittney was the president of the US Green Building Council; an organization that creates guidelines for LEED certification. She participated in the real estate and historic preservation clubs and is now involved with the Preservation Society of Charleston. Brittney is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Her love of preservation and sustainability makes her perfectly poised to serve owners and residents of Charleston’s luxury rental market. She currently manages more than 20 furnished luxury properties in the Lowcountry.
